BREAKING : Moody's Investors Service on Friday downgraded Ukraine's government bond rating to Caa3 from Caa2 and said the outlook for the rating is negative.
The firm said the downgrade is driven by escalation of Ukraine's political crisis, the country's "stressed external liquidity position" and the decline in its fiscal strength.
