Sentul City: BKSL to team up with US developer, Habiture (BKSL, Rp235, Buy, TP: Rp400)
We visited Bukit Sentul yesterday to get company’s business updates and its plans in 2012. The key takeaways are as follow:
FY11 marketing sales went strong, recording Rp390-420bn, which in-line with our expectation. The company targets an
increase by about 30-40% this year (~Rp550bn), as attributable from more cluster launching and increase in ASP. Today,
BKSL ASP residential stands at around Rp3-3.5mn/sqm, increase by about 25% from average Rp2.4mn/sqm in 2011.
The company told that they are is set to team up with one US developer, Habiture, in one of the upcoming new clusters
launching at end of this month.
