SMGR will distribute cash deviden Rp 313 per share.

Jakarta - PT Semen Gresik Tbk (SMGR) will distribute dividend up 50% from 2011 net profit of Rp 313 per share or equivalent of Rp 1.394 trillion.

"Dividends are a maximum of 50% because it will be a lot of capital spending in the next five years," said Finance Director of PT Semen Gresik Tbk Ahyanizzaman.

When asked about his 2011 performance, revenues rise more than 11%. This is supported from the increase in domestic cement demand rose 17.7%. But because of limited capacity so it can not follow the growth of domestic demand for cement. While net income is rise 6% -7% in 2011.
